Saint Patrick and Assumption All Saints Parish offers religious education for the children of the parish from pre-kindergarten through high school. Classes are offered in English or Spanish at St. Patrick, 492 Bramhall Avenue. Catechesis is built upon the Church’s four pillars of creed, scripture, sacraments, and morality.
Second grade catechesis focuses on preparation for the sacraments of Holy Communion and Reconciliation. The eighth grade program prepares students to receive the sacrament of Confirmation, which includes 20 hours of community service and a full-day retreat.
High school students who have not completed the sacraments of initiation (Baptism, Holy Communion, Confirmation) can prepare for the sacraments through the high school catechetical program. Adult preparation for the sacraments of initiation is completed through the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) program. See the RCIA page for details.
New and continuing members of the parish’s catechetical program must complete a registration form and submit the form(s) with a registration fee to the parish office, 492 Bramhall Avenue or 344 Pacific Avenue. The forms are available at the Forms page.
